Thanksgiving Crafts

Clay Turkey Center Piece 

You will need:
* brown clay
* orange clay
* yellow clay
* red clay 
* black clay

First shape some brown clay into a ball. This will be the body. Then make a log like shape.This will be the neck. After that make a smaller ball for the head. Connect the neck to the body. Connect the head to the neck. Then time for details. Your beak is an orange triangle. Then add two black dots for eyes. Then add leaf shapes in red, orange, brown, and yellow for the feathers. Stick them on to the back of your turkey. Last add orange legs and feet. Your turkey can sit or stand. If your turkey will not stand stick it onto a small plastic plate and decorate your doll's Thanksgiving table!

Doll Indian headband 

You will need:
* felt/ribbon
*  a feather/paper/felt


Measure your felt or ribbon along your doll's head. Leave your headband with a little extra room. Tape or glue your feather to the inside of your felt or ribbon. If you're using felt or paper cut out a feather shape and glue or tape it to the inside of your headband. Then model it on your doll.

Craft: American Girl Video Games

Take a few pieces of cardboard and glue them together then print a picture of your favorite video game. Glue your picture to your cardboard TV. Make a controller out of black clay and put colored clay buttons on it. Take thick black lanyard string and stick it into your controller. Connect it to your TV. Have fun playing video games with your doll! You can make two controllers if you want and your dolls can play together.

Clay food

Have any extra clay lying around? Well nows your chance to use it!

Strawberries 

Mold some red clay into a triangle. Round out the edges. Use a plastic fork to poke holes into it. Then      make a rectangle for the stem.

Fries

Use paper to make a small basket. Then make a lot of tiny yellow rectangles and put them inside your basket.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Make a ton of long yellow strands. Then make a puddle of tomato sauce. Roll a couple of meatballs. Then make a clay plate to put your food on.

Don't forget silverware!
