Photoshoot + Ballet Barre

Since I just got Isabelle, I wanted to make something from her collection for less than AG is selling them for. So I looked on Doll Diaries, and sure enough Karen had made an Isabelle barre craft! Here it is!

As you can see Isabelle's highlights finally went in her hair!

Product Review: I just got Isabelle!

Overall

I got Isabelle today! She is very pretty but there are some low points about her. I love her face mold;
she looks so sweet! I love almost everything about her, except one. Her highlights! Although they are adollable, they are impossible to get on! The hook things attached to her are microscopic! I couldn't even get them on.

I Wish AG had...

Made the hook things a lot bigger! I wish they could have made her highlights easier to put on. I was really looking forward to putting on her highlights.

Emily's Archival Party: A Photostory

Emily was having a party in honor of her archival. She was excited for her party and was inviting all her dolly friends!
"Emily's house here we come!" Ruthie exclaimed. Since she and Kit were best friends they were going to the party together.

As soon as they arrived they were greeted by an excited Emily. "Hello Kit and Ruthie! Welcome to my party!" Emily said as she helped her friends out of the car.

When they were inside Kit and Ruthie were appalled by all Emily's clothes. "Can I try these on?" asks Ruthie grabbing a pink shoe with white trim. "Ooh! I want them next!" exclaimed Kit.

Soon Emily heard a thump thumping sound. It must be Lindsey's clogs! Emily raced outside, leaving Kit and Ruthie surrounded by clothes and shoes. When she got outside not only did she see Lindsey, but Lanie as well. "Welcome! Come on in!" Emily said with a smile. The girls thanked her and came in.

Emily nervously showed Lindsey the shoes she just got at the AG store. She hoped Lindsey wouldn't make as big a fuss about trying them on as Kit and Ruthie did. Luckily she didn't. Wow those magenta flats are adorable! I love the little bows in the back!" Lindsey exclaimed.

A little later Rebecca came wearing her beautiful black cape. Everyone waved to her.

Lanie gave Rebecca a big hug. "I missed you so much Becka" Lanie said with a sigh. "Me too
 said Rebecca.

While her guests were socializing, Emily was looking around the room. Then she realized something. Where were Kit and Ruthie? Emily jumped to her feet to look.

Emily went to the closet first. No Kit. No Ruthie.

Then she checked her bedroom. Emily threw her hands in the air. They were supposed to be having fun at the party not sleeping!

Emily ran to get her friends. "Look! I found them!" Emily exclaimed. Everyone turned to look. "We should just let them sleep. They'll get up later" said Lindsey. They continued the party without Kit and Ruthie.

Lindsey and Lanie went to check out the Living Room.

Rebecca and Emily went to chat upstairs. The girls decided to stay the night.

The End!

Cool Doll House!

I've seen so many cute ideas for doll houses online, so I made my own. It's four stories high.

This is the shoe and clothing floor. You can see the clothing boxes a little in the second picture.
This is the bedroom. For this room I used a groovy girl bed turned upside down (otherwise my dolls
feet would go over the headboard) and the trundle is an Our Generation blanket and pillows.
This is the living room. For this room I put in a couch made out of a shoe box (I used a sofa tutorial from Livingadollslife), the chandelier is from the American Girl Boutique Craft Kit, the lamp is a doll stand with a lava lamp top on top of it, and then I just added a wood basket for design.
This is the balcony I put two Our Generation stools there and card board box as a table. The headband Ruthie is wearing is from my Indian/Native American headband tutorial.
Here's my garage with my Our Generation car in it.

Here's my backyard. I made Mckenna's balance beam from a tutorial on AGdollplay. Nutmeg and Coconut are playing there!

Here are some ideas for my GOTY contest.
